Familiarize yourself with the practice test, and do it at a time when you can fully focus. You will need to set aside thirty minutes for the practice test. Make sure you either set an alarm or set a timer for thirty minutes, as you will want to make sure you are able to get through all of the questions on the test in that time.
Answers to all of the problems are included at the end of the practice test booklet. Once you have finished your practice test, go through and mark your test. You will soon see what areas you need to brush up on in order to successfully complete the census test. If you do not understand why one of your answers was incorrect, really study the question and try to find out why the correct answer is what it is. Remember, the practice test closely resembles the real test, so you will want to make sure that you understand all of the questions and answers as that will help when you take the Census test.
Finally, everyone does better in testing situations if they are rested, and feeling well physically. Try to have a good night’s sleep, the night before your test, and make sure you eat before the test, so that you are not distracted by hunger. Also, be sure to read my census test tips for further ideas that should help you on test-taking day.
